BOOKING OF APPOINTMENT

Appointment Booking can be made by calling clinic at 7024643430 or By pressing the  CALL icon          in the action bar at the bottom of the screen in Smartphones.

Booking of Appointment will be done only between 11 am - 7 pm

Kindly Provide with the following details while booking your appointment

• Date of Appointment

• Your time of preference for appointment (If available)

• Patient's Name

• Phone Number

• Email ID

At the end of the call you will be provided with

​

• Your appointment Number for that respective date

• Time of Appointment

​

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT

​

Cancellation of Appointment can be done until 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.

​

• We request you to kindly arrive at the scheduled time to the clinic for minimal delay in services.
